Judson Williamson
Attorney
Judd brings a very down-to-earth approach and is always willing to listen. “I enjoy being a counselor for folks—whether they’re buying a first home or going through a difficult life transition.”
Darin Meece
Paralegal
Darin Meece was born in Lexington, KY, grew up in Durham, NC and graduated from UNC, giving him a unique perspective on many things—and a special love for college basketball. Although always a Wildcat at heart, he is a proud product of Durham and the Durham Public School system where he met and married his hometown sweetheart, Tori. Together, they raised three incredible kids, who are respectively finishing college, graduate school and building a family in the area and overseas. Darin and his family have been members of The Summit Church since 1980, and he is actively involved there, seeking to grow as a follower of Christ. Outside of faith and family, Darin’s greatest passion is travelling the world and he has many special memories of places visited, and a longer list yet to see. Darin graduated from the UNC School of Law in 1995, and practiced real estate, estate planning and small business law in Durham for over 20 years. After closing his practice in 2018, he is helping to grow Milestones Law, working in business development, facilitating closings and as paralegal.
Susanna Williamson
Legal Assistant
Susie Williamson was born and raised in Chapel Hill, and after a few short stints in other places, she is happy to call it home still. She and her husband, Judd, are busy raising two sweet boys with the help of family and the Chapel Hill Carrboro City Schools. Susie graduated from UNC-CH with a degree in Fine Arts – printmaking. While it is her passion and joy to create, it has never been her profession. Instead, Susie worked for 20 years as a manager and bartender at the venerable Crook’s Corner in Chapel Hill. When she came to Milestones Law in 2020, she brought those management chops and the special ability of a good bartender to simultaneously work one’s tail off and create meaningful human connections.
